Our youth diversion program
Our “Pathways to Success” diversion/reentry program consists of three (3) phases: StepUP, LeapFORWARD, and BreakFREE programming designed specifically to address the needs of our high-risk youth population. This programming includes a myriad of on-site supports that offer paid on-site internships, wrap-around services, mental health counseling, educational services, financial and digital literacy classes, job training, and employment opportunities for program participants. All student participants move successfully from one phase to the next, within an environment that fosters stability, skill building, and ultimately self-reliance and success. Together, our Youth Case Manager and close team of career advisors and educators provide a powerful and effective combination of stabilizing services to prevent further court involvement of the youth in our program.
